Once all participants have arrived at the meeting point, your guide will greet you and brief you about the landmarks you'll cover during the sightseeing trip. First, you'll stop at the magnificent Akershus Fortress, which has witnessed many battles from the 14th century to the Second World War.
You will then head towards Christiania Square, a historic and once-bustling town square, before continuing to the Royal Palace. The Norwegian royal family has resided here since the palace was completed in the 1840s. The historical walking tour ends on Karl Johans gate, near the Norwegian Parliament. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a bite to eat and a hot drink.
