This historical walking tour takes place every Sunday along the Akerselva river to experience the city's diverse landscape and history.
Join our Oslo City Walks for a historic river walk! On this tour we walk along Oslo's green lung and the cradle of Norway's industrialization: Akerselva. Many parks and nature trails can be found along this river. The walk ends at Oslo’s food destination Mathallen. The tour is guided in Norwegian and English. Good walking shoes are recommended.
We recommend combining this walking tour with a visit to the nearby, colourful Grünerløkka neigbourhood - please refer to Visit Løkka for ideas on what to see, dining options, etc.
